Not bad if the COA comes back as original drive train. I'm nearby if you need eyes on it.

Looked at the car this morning. Paint is a 5 footer at best, Original color was red, drivers door was blue. Car needs to be repainted. Specially the hood and the rear bumper needs to be replaced. I think it was hit in the back. Not completely sure.

The interior needs new dash, seats, door cards, knee pads and steering wheel. Other than than its fine.

Engine/transmission - needs complete rebuild. It has zero power on acceleration and has very loud noise at idle. Not valve noise. Oh. And it smokes. Expect complete rebuilt.

The good news is that it is very much a rust free car. 10K is the correct price.

Happy New years!

The dealership is not terribly knowledgeable about Porsches. They had a Leaf Green 2.2 T about a year ago that had been (poorly) painted red. Very much a project car. They initially asked $24K for it.

I'll call BS on the sale price and whoever purchased it for full price was a sucker.

I received a call from the seller saying that he had fixed the issues with the motor (no power, smoking, carb adjustment etc etc). So I went back drove it again, it was better but still CRAP! NEEDS NEW ENGINE AND TRANS!!!!!

I don't see how anyone in the US can pay full price knowing it needs another 20K to get it presentable. Must have been sold to Europe. But even than it was way to much money.
