Wayne from Chasing Classic Cars scores a 67s for Discovery Channel Show

from Seller:
The Porsche is sold, wire transfer was done this morning. Good news is if you watch Discovery Channel you will see the car again.

Where have all of you folks been?!?!?!? I’ve been trying to sell this car off and on for over a year and never had anyone seriously interested in the car. I did start at $60K when I started this process. Yes, I did post it other places than Craig’s List, but no one was ever serious. It was time to get rid of it and I posted it again and at a hell of a deal! I must have received over 100 e-,mails this morning. I would have loved to get the $60K for the car. I know my dad spent a ton of money restoring the car.

Oh and my name is Adam…..

Have fun watching the sale on TV….

'm looking too sell a 1967 Porsche 911s, the car is in great shape and is race ready. The car won 1st in class and 9th over all in the Carrera Paniamericana in 2003. The car has been run at a few track days since then and used mainly as a pace car for SCCA events at Texas World Speedway. This is a vintage race car with vintage plates and could be driven on the street. Please contact me for additional pictures. Looking for $40K or best offer.

So, bought within minutes of the car appearing on BaT, sight unseen, apparently.

It's good to have the cash and cojones to jump in on opportunities like that...

interesting show, but a 911 doesn't fit. for some reason i don't think it will end well for the car.

That is what the Fast n Loud guys are banking on. It is a fix and flip tv show with them frequently selling cars at auction.
I know of a 70S without original engine that is an impeccably prepared vintage racer that is for sale for $40k. I would expect a SWB S with some special provenance to be worth more.
