Factory 911 Targa hardtop question
Does anyone have an idea what these are worth, new in the box? From Porsche, not aftermarket.

A LOT - A couple of grand, anyway, imo.
You cant get them from Porsche anymore. Where did you get it from? |

I know a guy who has two. He got them years ago from a closing dealer.
I don't think he'll actually sell, he's kind of a hoarder, but I said I'd see if I could find out what they were worth. (He's not an Internet kind of guy). |

Does he live in Sheridan, WY?
 Anyways...also depends on which model it fits and how willing a buyer is to throw big bucks after the roof.....after all you dont buy a 2.000 dollar targa top for a 15.000 dollar car...... |

No, I got bit by him once, too. It took me eight or nine emails to realize nothing was actually for sale:-)
My understanding is that they were only sold on 1975 cars. Fitment I don't know. |
