Never a complete one.

That price is amazing to me. I'd never pay more than $300. But I already have the paint sample pages, anyway.

A pro restoration shop could definitely pay that price.

We had one when I worked at Carquip. I wouldn't even begin to know how to value it. Tom will take his to the grave.

That seller missed his core target market. He should have found someone to show it at the lit meet.

I asked a friend and longtime Pcar mechanic how much would it take for him to consider selling his excellent copy and he said it would take about that much ($1500)for him to feel comfortable parting with something he has kept pristine for 35+ years. we came to that price after he asked ME how much it was worth. not knowing but having a good inkling I said " at lthe very least $500 bucks" and he cringed, and I further advanced that I understood $1000 is cheap for someone who really wants it versus needs it ect...
and still he was not impressed so I said $1500? his body language loosened up and said "well I dont really want to sell it it " and he promptly put it back on his shelf, mind you I wasnt trying to buy it...it was he who asked since I spend so much time on here that I might actually know.
I dont know how rare but I havent seen any of late but worth every penny as they are fantastic resource manuals.

Given that there is only one bid at $1500 and it ends in less than an hour and a half, I am going to guess that the bid is a shill bid...
