Wow, 3.2 L cars are skyrocketing in value!
I was talking with a friend of mine yesterday who has been looking for a good 3.2 L Carrera for about two years now. He currently owns a 911 turbo, I think from sometime in the early 2000s. Anyhow, I mentioned that I have a 1984 Carrera and he said he would buy it on the spot. Unfortunately for him my car isn't for sale!
Anyhow, that started me wondering what the value of my car was today. From looking around the net and talking with the guys at my Porsche shop, it looks like a good 3.2 liter Carrera goes for somewhere in the low to mid 20s today! I paid $15.5 for my car just 2 1/2 years ago. What is making these cars shoot up in value like that??
