Any thoughts on the value of this thing?

well that's definitely not an original color. It would be nice to see the condition of the underside - but judging from the bare metal in that one pic of the data plate it would not be good news.

Are you thinking about this car as a driver, or a project, or ? I personally would offer no more than about 8K for it. based on experience and what's in the ad, there's a lot more hidden under the paint and fixing what you find would be expensive.

Too bad he didn't put a bigger engine to go with the look. Maybe then it be 8K
