Just using that typical seller's technique of over-representing the car without committing outright fraud. Claims rebuilt engine with receipts. I agree the car looks ratty and the alternator/VR replacement is a typical byproduct of jump starting and popping the diode pack.

Once you've looked at 20 cars, you can see the problems with this one. At least the dash isn't cracked. Or doesn't look like it in the cell phone pictures.
