They made the 004 well past the RS production (like into the '80s) - I had a mint one that I sold (no box) but was as clean as yours for $300(I believe it was three months ago, but you can check the parts for sale and search for the listing). I was asking $450 but it had no bites at that price. I probably should have kept it but I have a Jerry Woods.
