1980 sc

I'm new here and I'm looking for an air-cooled. What do you guys think of this one? It's in Canada, which is local for me, and the price (26.5K Cdn, ~24K USD) looks reasonable.

On ebay: Porsche 911 SC | eBay
On kijiji: Rare 1980 Porsche 911 SC Weissach Edition Coupe - City of Toronto Cars For Sale - Kijiji City of Toronto Canada.

Looks like it's already sold.

This concludes your first lesson in Air-cooled Porsche 101.

Tomorrow we will discuss the pros and cons of PPIs, and the concept of irrational exuberence.

But seriously, I glanced at the ad right after your post and saw it was already sold, so I didn't bother trying to break it down. But it looked like a desirable car at a good price. Not really suprised it went quick.

Its a Canadian thing. Or is it a Canadien thing?

It takes a large antenna to pickup signals in both English and Francais....

I guess the quick sale answers itself.

I'm somewhat bummed but I only started looking two weeks ago so I have plenty of time ahead of me. I'll have to restrain my irrational exuberance though.

I guess not everyone finds the forced bilingualism of Canada as funny as I do.

Humor rarely translates well. Less so for lame attempts.

Ex- girlfriend of mine used to say "Moscow shopping rules." Meaning you see it, you buy it. Don't count on it being there tomorrow -- or ever again.
