G50 911 with ~120K miles

G. red/black. Sunroof and spoiler. Images look good. Only mod is a CD capable radio. Full service records except one year. 3 owners. Claimed no winters, damage, repaint. Engine nor trans have been opened. "No leaks". Codes show LSD and short shift with electrically adjustable seats. Only issue claimed is a rear seat latch non-op. Owner doesn't sound flaky.

Any guesses on what a fella should expect to pay?

Sounds like a nice car, but most experts here will tell you that pictures are very deceptive. Are you able to see the car in person?

Yes, will see it in person prior to any money exchanging hands (a lesson learned the hard way). Would want to put it on a hoist before buying as well but concerned about a potentially good car getting away.
