I have heard good and bad about Victory. I would definitely get a PPI. Price seems too reasonable, even for a tiptronic. Usually he is on the high side with his pricing and this is on the low side.

I absolutely concur with the PPI. Search on Victory Motorcars and you'll get an understanding of some of the experiences folks have had with them. Personally, if I were interested in a car that Victory was selling, I'd pay for the plane ticket to look at the car, personally.
That being said, if the car checks out, that does seem like a reasonable price, even factoring the deduction for a tip.
