And instead of scooping it up, you broadcast it here on the biggest flipper site on earth? I'm starting to believe these guys, you have zero interest in buying one of these cars.

When prices jump the way they have on air-cooled 911s over the last 2 years, there are always going to be owners who are slightly behind the times. This is what fuels the flipper industry. Long time owners, (or short time), who have lost interest in the car don't waste a lot of spare time on web sites like this. You will never, ever own one of these cars. If a smoking deal came along, instead of buying it you would post it here as an arguing point. What a toilet rider.

LOL, I like that.

The logical consequence of the "schitt or get off the pot" statement, I take it?

1) PML doesn't want a Targa.
2) This deal smells very fishy. "The car is worth the money"?
Why yes, yes it is.

If it were legit the owner is a bigger doofus than you.

And since I find that hard to imagine, the three line Craigslist ad is leaving out some important information.

Buy it and find out. Maybe you will get lucky

I'm not sure if that is possible.

Definitely something fishy there. Who posts their address (a nice house, I might add) on a CL listing? If it's a real listing, and seller is dumb enough to post their home address, then it's likely a steal for someone.

Listing is gone now but the address was in the title area.

Presumably it either sold instantly, or was deleted as a scam.

This is a silly game.

Here is a 87 Targa G50 with 64k miles that is selling for $37k. Which of these two cars is closer to the median price for this year & mileage?

PML is the blind man holding an elephants tail.

And he wonders why he keeps getting crapped on.
