95' 993 Cab M6 Value?

Hi all! I have a 1995 993 Cab 6speed I was thinking about selling. Just curious what you all thought a reasonable price to pay would be. Here are the specs: 95' 993 Cab, guards red/classic gray leather/black soft top. 46k original miles. Mechanically the car is in great shape with service records for the past 7 years. Cosmetically the car can use some TLC. Car was repainted by prior owner (quality is a 7 out of 10), The driver seat bolster is cracking and fading, carpet can use a good cleaning, and the steering wheel and shift knob are fading. Driver door was repaired due to hinge breaking off, and the lower part of the door is slightly bent. Body shop said it would be $1,000 to make it perfect. I am 3rd owner, clean title, and clean CarFax. Any advice would be appreciated.

This could be my clone. I would guess $27k-$30k. For some odd reason, the 95's aren't pulling the big bucks as the latter 993 years (even though they don't have the drive block issues or blocked SAI issues).
