73.5 T Targa with sport seats--project

I lost my storage for this car and may sell. It's a fairly solid and complete CIS targa originally silver (now red) with black interior. It needs a complete restoration but well worth doing. It has factory sport seats and "S" bumper. The motor turns but hasn't run in many years. Has some rust issues, but the front suspension and floor pans look to be good. The fenders are shot, but any other rust on the car can be patched pretty easily. Is this thing worth mid $20's as it is?
