What do you guys think a targa with unknown miles?

Rust or no rust? Unknown miles but solid leak down and compression plus known condition of body. I would think minimum what you could part the major pieces for in a hurry. I'd say $10k minimum if not rusty and engine has good compression and no problems. Trans shifts well.
