Need appraisal help on a hot rod slant nose '75 w/ race prepped 3.0!!

A pretty decent looking '75 slant nose has appeared on my local craigslist
It has a fiberglass 930 wide body kit, race prepped 2.7 converted to 3.0 with dual webbers, cams, tensioners, oil coolers, etc, etc...
Appears to have suspension mods, but I'm unsure

Can y'all look at this ad below, and give an honest estimate of what the car is worth if assumably everything checks out?

At this point, any air-cooled 911 below $20k that is half-way decent will not last long. Go look at it, take cash, drive it and give a personal 'PPI', look over the documentation, and if you want it, make an offer.

If you don't, somebody else will.
