Thinking about punting and starting on another project.
Have beautiful quarter, fender, door, oil tank(thanks indypr!!) And other misc stuff.
Can I get ~$25k?

I don't want to say you can't- but you can get a clean runner for that price. That car is going to need some real work to be right again. It may be better to part her out

I'd say it will be tough, even though LSD and sport seats make it an interesting car. The usual guards red targa drivers are advertised for just a few grand more like Levi says.

Thanks guys.
I was thinking this is a $40k car.
@25 that leaves 15 to fix the car.
Have several quotes ~$12k including parts which I already have.
Fender and door are *easy*, its the quarter and paint that needs professional attention.
I don't need to make a decision now, just trying to plan ahead.

$40K SC's are top of the heap. If you think your car was that before, it's not anymore after the accident added to it's history.

I'd be subtracting that $12K repair bill from low $30's now to get value.

Don't think you would get $25K, but no reason not to start there as an asking price. You can always go down.

$15K would be my guess. Parting it out could gain more $$ but it is work taking it apart and dealing with various buyers and shipping.

Thanks guys that helps with the planning.
Hard to swallow, but probably realistic.
On the bright side, she's a keeper now!
