Pelican Parts Forums - Help with value on '84

I'll most likely be putting my 911 on the market in the upcoming months. I'm trying to figure out the fair market value.

It's Slate Blue with a full leather interior in blue with just under 80k on it and is rust free. The car is unmolested with only a radio replacement. The paint has some scratches and dings but shows well from 5 feet. The interior is very nice. The wheels have no curb rash. Mechanically the engine is strong and has used less than a 1/2 quart oil in 4000 miles. The first to second syncrho is a little rough but can be easily driven.

Your thoughts and ideas are appreciated. Thanks for any replies in advance.
