Valuation opinions on a '69T driver

Wow-

I step away for a few years and look at the market. Hagerty condition 4 for '69T is $32.5K? I'd appreciate hearing valuation opinions for my car.

Photos were taken in 2012 but are current condition.

Longhood Project/Driver located in Portland OR.

1969 911T Karmann coupe,

Light ivory w/appearance group trim

Original 2.0T engine #6195728, Type 901/16, Build #19821. No known rebuild but the timing chain does have a master link in it).

Transmission is 901/13 AFMZ internals in a 914 case. Original cracked case included - SN 7173323.

Repaint by prior owner in original color but I’m the ham-fist responsible for the areas of rattle can.

Some of the 101 projects/repairs completed and additional wheels and tools that I'd want to include with a sale:

Previous owner replaced Marelli with a Bosch distributor (Marelli not included)
Front suspension pan, fuel tank support replacement – circa 1990
Shift linkage bushings – c1992
Hot start relay – c1999
Front floor pan section replacement – c1999
Flywheel/starter replacement and alternator rebuild by A&P specialties in Portland -1999

2005/2006 projects:
Hydraulic chain tensioner and chain ramp update
Lower turbo valve covers and upper aluminium covers
Retractable seat belts (original non-retractable belts included)
Fuel pump relocated to front crossmember. PMO Pressure regulator added in rear. Updated venturis, jetting and emulsion tubes for modern fuel.
MSD 6AL CD ignition (Original Kettering not included)
Crane XR700 magnetic points conversion (can be reversed)
Momo Prototipo black steering wheel with spacer (original steering wheel included)
Front Tarret 19mm sway bar
Rear 19mm Weltmeister sway bar
Elephant racing triangulated strut tower brace
Gearbox case is not original to car. Original case (complete with crack included in sale.
Rebuilt (by me) 901 AFMSZ: New bearings, new synchros on 2 and 3, new 1st synchro hub. New synchros on 2 and 3.
New Koni front inserts in 3.5”S front struts. (Original 3" spacing strut towers/hubs included. New rear Koni specials.
Front torsion bars are 18.8mm, 26mm rear.
Turbo tierods, bump steer kit
Front A-arm bushings are nylon with spiral groozed and grease zerk for free moving A-Arm
Rear adjustable spring plates from an SC
SC front and rear calipers. (Original front and rear calipers and solid rear discs included)
Rebuilt pedal cluster bushings, rebuilt shift linkage and new reverse lockout.
Two instrument VDO display pod installed in location of ashtray – Voltage and Oil Pressure. Can be removed. (Ashtray included)
Single Optima Redtop AGM battery mounted in a non-standard location with marine grade 80A fuse to prevent electrical fire.

Two sets of 4 Fuchs 15x6 flat sixes. One with all season Kumhos, other with tired AVS intermediates that probably have lost their grip even with a little tread left. One of the Fuchs wheels was bent when purchased from an east coast Pelican , other set was from TRE and is straight.

One set of chrome 15x5.5 steelies - original wheels.
Oil return tubes replaced 2014.

Various tools and Porsche specific: spring plate adjustment, carb synchronizer, carb fuel level gauge, dog teeth removal tool.

I don't have the time or money to enjoy the car like it should be enjoyed and it appears that the market has finally caught up to my opinion of what these beauties should be worth. I'd like some opinions to see if my own idea of value is still way ahead of the market.

Thanks,
Jim

Nice looking car even with the unoriginal parts. If it is low on rust and mechanically sound (Beverly Hills auto club lingo) i'd say minimum 45-50k.

Good luck.
