Events on April 4/5 in So-Cal
I'm leaving Canada for a week to sunny LA Apr4-11. Does anybody have suggestions of Porsche events that I can attend while there ? Any cool shops? We enjoyed EuroCollectables and Carparc in CostaMesa last time . We also gently stalked and got a nice tour from Magnus W which was great fun. I appreciate any suggestions .

Tru Speed and their immediate neighbor Crevier Classics (storage, sales & museum) would be my recommendation. Crevier covers all things classic and collectable so plenty more than just P cars but definitely worth a visit, both in Costa Mesa. The Mercedes Classic Center in Irvine is also worth a gander.

The Festival of Speed is at Cal Speedway on the 11th. Vendors, racecars and a pretty packed paddock of car owners. It's a good event.

Super car Sunday although on Easter morning??

Palos Verdes Cars & Coffee is on 4/4. That's a good event, usually a good number of nice Porsches (my dad and brother will be there with theirs), and not too far from the LAX area.
PM me for more details. |
Bauch - where is the PV C&C anyway? Have never been up to that one but may run up since Irvine is done.

Sorry I didn't see this until now, but it's held the first Saturday of every month at Hawthorne and Silver Spur, diagonal from PV Peninsula High School.
