1997 993 targa
was in the parking lot while taking my son to his 4th grade lacrosse game and saw a local 1997 993 targa with 61k miles for sale. the owner asking 35k. Recent receipts for top end rebuild (16k at stealership). red and tan. anyone clue me in to the market? everything I've seen on cursory web search says this is 10-12 below market. clean carfax. any one?

union, nope its a 6spd, 3 pedal car.
