1992 Turbo-look - $28k?
 

Saw this ad on craigslist.

1992 Porsche Carrera - ONLY 70,000 miles and in STUNNING condition

Guy selling for a widow, asking $28k for a 1992 964 2 coupe black on beige, manual, with 70k miles.

I'm no 964 pro, but it looks like it has wider fender flares than stock -- possibly an aftermarket mod, but perhaps a factory turbo-look?

Wheels are dreadful, but Cup wheels are pretty easy to come by.

My sense from the ad is that the guy selling for the widow may not know what he has.

Maybe it is a scam? Maybe a deal.

What do you think?

I find often stuff like that is a scam but u never know.

99% scam, but first see if the car exists and you can go see it in person. Chances are there will be some reason why you can't see the car in person before a sale is made.

No such thing as a C2 WTL coupe. Only C4 coupe and C2 in convertible.

The ad might be legit. Price is not too low considering the aftermarket bodywork, imo.
