This is kind of the board's 930 database. I would also suggest putting the same thread in the turbo forum. Many of the 930 guys don't leave that dubforum to post. Nice car. Glws.

Edit: failed to post the link.

Very nice car! Please forgive me drooling all over it.

I would start very high ($250k+) and come down from there.
Also, maybe consider putting it up for auction during the Monterey Historics this year as rennsport is happening just after that.

GLWS!

It is time to keep some more years, price will just keep on rising, there is limited cars like this with "clean history". Real value for money would be to wait 7-10 years more.

Sorry, I'm not buying it, everything in life works in cycles. Most slantnose cars are still clean. The vast majority of slantnoses were never beaten up daily drivers. $250K for a slantnose is ridiculous money. Laughable money actually. I've owned my '72 coupe since '93. It's gone up in value at a pace that cannot be sustained. All the air cooled Porsches have gone up the same way.
What's going to happen to prices when the old timers who own these cars start kicking the bucket? Should be pretty obvious. I wouldn't be surprised to see the longhoods drop in value when that happens. Do a search for slant noses for sale. There's a bunch for sale. That should tell you something.

Sell it now for $200K and laugh all the way to the bank. Over time, the cars will rise gradually, not at the pace we've seen though.

Remember, many of the buyers, could not care less about short term price range. Correct price for your car would be best to get from a Porsche dealer. Perhaps the best marked would be i Europe.. Check this link: www.mobile.de ..it could also give you some info.

Price it at the high end of what you would take. You can always come down, its harder to go up once its out there.

Put a number on it and see how the market reacts.

What an enviable position to be in!

Beautiful car. I wish I could have ever had an opportunity to even drive one, much less own it.
