I as well as everyone else that see's these type of ads should flag them every time they appear. I hate these scammers and they should be dealt with, one way is to flag every ad they post. There are many unsuspecting newbies out there which are easy prey for the scammers, FLAG THESE ADS WHEN YOU SEE THEM.
