87 Granite green coupe/ sell it?

Since purchasing my C4S from a fellow pelicanite I can feel my 65 yo bones gravitating towards the comfort of the newer model. Sooo I am thinking of selling the 87. It is a beautiful car. It is all original except for the radio and steering wheel(I have the original)
A few things I have done:
Completely new brakes
New tires
New crank sensors/plugs/wires etc.
New shifter bushings
Rebuilt distributor
New battery
Top end done at 100k in 1999
Reapholstered leather seats

Body & paint are near perfect
Optional 16" Fuchs
I have the original window sticker/manuals/tool kit/spare tire compressor etc.
Here is the kicker the car has 243k on the clock. It certainly doesn't drive or look like it but that's what it says!!
So what do you guys think she's worth?

Thanks,
Dave

One picture doesn't tell us anything. $22k-$50k is my best guess.

I'm in the mid $20's camp.
Top end done 143k miles ago. Bottom never.

I agree with NYNICK, but you never know what some crazy dude who loves that color will pay.
Ask $45k for a couple of weeks...take a large non-refundable deposit...if he flakes, spend it on another top end.

243k! That car looks like it came off the showroom floor.

Wow, she has aged great! That interior looks better than most cars with 100k mi. Start at $35k and take the best offer.

In my opinion considering this crazy 911 market, the great ext/int color combo along with the condition will keep this car in the $30k's regardless of the miles and a potential necessary rebuild. Emotion ahead of logic and you'll win?

But if you have garage space, you should keep it.

Look at the "posters" posting history on this forum. Paid $12k a couple years back for it, re-paint and some rust........

I'd start at $35K and see where it goes. It's a rare and desirable color and it looks that car has been really well kept.

Yeah, you cant hide history on the interweb very well. But who says that the OP is trying to do that!?

If he makes 20K on the car - good for him. Nice looking original car.

I just sold a rental a couple of months ago and the realtor stated: the price you set and sell for has nothing to do with what you originally paid, the buyers opinion on value or even the market. It's tha cash brought to the table that talks.

BTW, I had an offer for full asking in 3 days and closed in 30......

Believe me I am not trying to hide anything or make a killing pricewise. The car was backed into in 2009 in a parking lot and has a new rear bumper and rear hood.If the car was completely repainted they did a beautiful job.As for the rust, it does have a new front suspension pan and battery box ( I actually forgot about this, when I was listing things I had done) This was due to battery corrosion and I have warned of this to others in some of my posts (get your car on a lift and check it for this common problem!) Hope that clears a few things up.

maybe bad news first next time, however, car looks great after all, I still think 25-30 is good selling price, or low 30s in sellers favor.

Good luck, car will sell regardless.

I've seen the car up close. It is as clean as it looks in the pictures. Really sano for an 80K car, nevermind 250K. I remember thinking I'd put a dash in it and then enjoy the next 250K. I was 'this close' to picking it up earlier this year until I remembered I've already got 2 air cooled cars and was trying to reduce the hoard, not increase it...

Not sure why that guy above put the word poster in quotation marks, but I can assure him and everyone else that Dave is a gentleman, and the real deal.

Hate the painted deck lid bolts on an otherwise nice car. Makes one wonder about the rest.
