Potentially Looking to sell my 1997 Porsche 993 Twin Turbo Black/Black 31,000 Miles

I am considering selling my beloved 1997 Porsche 993 Twin Turbo and just looking to gauge interest from members on Pelican Parts about the real value of the car. I have three offers currently on the table from local Exotic Car Dealers/Speciality stores that sell air-cooled cars who I have already shown the car to, but considering they are dealers I am sure they are looking to buy low and sell high. Here are the specifications:

1997 Porsche 993 Twin Turbo Black/Black 6-Speed with 31,000 original miles. It is a two owner car that has been in the NY/NJ area its entire life. I purchased it from Porsche of Roslyn three years ago and it has been absolutely pampered. Options include aluminum shift knob and e-brake, standard leather, Hi-Fi Sound, and aluminum gauge package. The car has 100% original paint, and just had a recent service and brand new tires. It is truly a garage queen.

You may have seen this, but here's a "no-reserve" auction (with a $119K floor) that you might want to watch for reference. (Although in most cases no-reserve cars seem to get pulled if the high bid is not great)

eBay bidding stopped at $130k. Now, obviously, eBay bidders are all poor yokels who don't know what they're looking at, but I'd doubt he got much over $150k if that...
