how much 1977 turbo carrera clone worth?

I got a lead of a "suppose" 77 non intercooled turbo Carrera.
of course, with breath holding, I went to see the car.
it looks all good, until I see the vin is not a 930 vin, I know it's a clone.
it's a actual 9117xxxxx car so, it's right year.
has non-intercooled turbo engine, turbo 4 speed, turbo interior, turbo steal wide body, tail looks like oem too.
is has a/c,
previous owner owed it for 15 years, and I believe he doesn't know it's not a original turbo.
car runs and drives good, looks exactly like 1977 turbo Carrera unless you check the vin. someone spent a lot of time and money to make it like this back in the 90s I believe.
how much do you think this car worth?
I still consider to buy just for fun car to drive around, and not paying 6 figures for real one,
thanks in advance.

Sorry about your luck! Its still a fun car either way. Even if its a good clone I don't see it any different than a 911 hotrod, price should be based on a clean 911, assuming the car is clean, perhaps a little more for the turbo motor. Original mileage is unknown obviously since the motor is a transplant. Maybe between $40 and 60k? Post pics if you buy her!

The engine/tranny combo alone is probably worth around $20-25k. If he thinks it's a real 930 you're probably going to have a unhappy seller when you make an offer if he has any knowledge on 930 values. But- if he is a 930 fan he should have some idea the vin doesn't compute.

thanks.
he is not a knowledge 930 fan, just happen to have it for long time, he bought it because it's COOL.
He think it's real 930 and almost got mad when I told him it's not a original turbo car.
