Seems like a fair price.
Dealer by me just sold a red 89 Cabrio in similar condition for close to $49K last week.

If the engine/maintenance checks out and you can pick it up in the low $30's you have yourself a good deal. Looks like a real nice driver.

I'm a bit disappointed - some of what the ppi turned up probably should've been disclosed in the ad, but oh well. The hunt continues...
