Real world value- '84 911 targa
I know what Hagarty says it is worth- but what is a real value on it? I wasn't looking for a 911 but one happened to find me. It's a 1984 targa red/black with 50k one owner miles. Has a recent clutch replacemnt and good recipt stack for services. Don't know about a engine rebuild. The wheels could stand for a refresh on the black, targa top shows its age, and interior is weathered. Other than that orig paint is damn good. I don't have any pics- from the description what would Her price range be? Thanks guys.

I would say in the mid $30k range (if the mileage is documented) and the engine checks out. It really depends on the maintenance history. 50k is real low mileage so if the vehicle has been sitting, a bunch of things will most likely need to be replaced/repaired.

30ish minus ppi repairs and 1k for top.
Btw - I have and 85 that I bought with 50k miles and it's heaven. had zero issues -- had to repair top out of the gate and sort it with services etc but divine vehicle |
