Vintage ('78) Scheel 300SH Value?
 

Fellow Pelicans, I have a pair of Scheel 300 SH seats (#2709 and 2710) with headrests that came with my '70 project. I plan on going another route for seats so I'm trying to determine what value these may have before posting for sale or trash. I have the original invoice, freight BOL and even the envelope from Scheel North America (for what it is all worth). I would say the seats are in condition 4 (out of 10) for their age/use.....I know that is subjective. No tears, but foam has obviously broken down due to age and use (especially driver's side).

They may not be worth anything based on the cost of rebuilding, I just don't know. I checked the weight just in case they can be sold and someone wants to know.......14.5 lbs each.

Any input is appreciated!

Jeff, I have a couple of sets of Scheels in my cars and I've been looking for another set -- but its really hard to offer an opinion without seeing them (one person's 4 may be an other's 6). I'm sure you'll get more and better replies if you post some photos.
