Qualifying the Price
 

Amusing to see price qualifications on listings now .."REALISTICALLY PRICED AT..." or some such thing followed by more bumps than the site allows.

I always get a laugh at that scenario too. The car market is not as efficient as the capital markets but in this day and age if its under priced it sells pretty quickly in the Porsche market. If you have to announce what a great price you're offering its probably not that great. Especially if you have to endlessly bump it.
