Nice car. The original paint and no rust is the best thing imo. They used good paint and really laid it on well back then.

I insure my cars for slightly more than what I could buy them for today - If by chance I have an accident, I don't want the heartache of losing my car and not being able to replace it for what the insurance company pays me. Agreed upon value in todays market is the way to go IMHO.

Thanks for all of the comments. I would probably agree that $60K is too high of a valuation. But I also think this car cannot be replaced for the $35K that some folks have suggested. It's not for sale, so I'm not hung up on a price. Just trying to get a sense of where the market and court of public opinion is on this...
