backdating dash switches ? (porsche)
 

Hi Pelicans,

Hoping for a little help. I am almost done with (yes I know) a backdate.

It is a 76 912E

And I am having a hard time figuring out how to change the dash switches.
I was hoping that the 76 ones witch scrues off, could be replaced with a nother center, were the rubber knob fits on.

Is that possible ? or is it necesary to change the whole switch? hope not as the pre 73 ones are hard to come by
