The Last owner replaced the speedo right arouund 90K miles, the clean and clear carfax documents all actual mileage at 130k currently.

So yes, it is misrepresented. Blah blah buyer should've read full description, etc. Sure - it's disclosed at the bottom of the ad that it is in fact 130k, but the mere fact that they put 44 for the item specifics shows their true intent - and as the other thread shows, it ain't to sell quality cars.

Any sort of odo issue is going to scare off 50% of buyers. No one wants to see 130k in a listing and 44k on the physical odo.

The correct way to sell this car is to send the odo to Hollywood, and have them set it at 130k. All you then need to say is "Odo was replaced and was set to reflect actual mileage. Carfax will back this up"
