77 930 fs gone missing
Did anybody else see a post by a new member earlier today for a green 77 930 asking price $49,000, the post disappeared and now I can't even find it in my history.
here is a link to the photo http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploads25/77g1469545821.jpg the post was from littlewoodinc |
Probably flagged by other members as a scam listing and deleted by a moderator.

I already bought it and sent the guy the funds Western Union, so he probably took it down.

Air drop shipment from Nigeria?!?! Was the industrial parachute extra?!?! |
Curiously a google search showed no other pictures of the car and how did it disappear from my history? methinks Sergey Brin bought the car then cleaned up the evidence.

I checked out the photo . I wonder if I could get it for a little less. Maybe 42,000 ??

I saw it and did a Google search on the pics and here were no hits. There were some strange things about this 77: it should have a 1.5 bar boost gauge, there was no boost gauge at all. No periscope or even low profile washers. Manual antenna on a US 930. And finally, 3.3 tail vs 3.0 tail. I'm guessing it was a scam from a member with 3 posts. Previous post was for another car for sale.

It wasn't really a Turbo. It is a 77 widebody with the 2.7 in it. I was shocked it was listed as a 930. The ad was actually comical the way it was written. Nice color combo though. Still a great car if it is solid.
