Too good to be true?

78 930 original paint 75k miles.

Im not sure this is a scam, maybe someone just needs quick money.

But this is at least $20,000 too cheap.

Hmm i was thinking this car would last maybe 2 minutes at that price.

colescrogham 08-05-2016 06:04 AM

This is no scam neither has my account been hacked!
I still have the car though I'm currently speaking with someone. How can I find out the actual value of my car so I don't make a loss on this?

Thank you

Are the values on these cars dropping, as some have gone for very good prices, 82 Euro for $47K?

No but rough cars tend to sit.

That car had been for sale forever.

There is some kind of serious issue with that car I don't remember what it was though.

It's a serious one though. I recall something about flood damage.

That car parted out is worth that... But it's in Canada too.

Canadian cars seem to have a tough time.

Are you able to provide the info and pics I requested? I need more info before booking a flight to come see the car. I'm very interested in a purchase, please send the info ASAP so I can proceed.

Thanks, Mike

That car was never federalized for the US, so depending on your state (and your willingness to do certain things) it might be a hassle. No US spec 1982 930's.

The perfect car for a build, if only there was a race track close by.

The guy with the 78 930 was willing to meet me at his warehouse in Houston this weekend to view the car. You have to wonder how far these guys would go to rip you off. Do they really expect somebody to send 60k to buy a car sight unseen? The pictures of the car were clipped from a you tube video dated Jan 10/15.

This guy is still on me to view the car on Sunday. Gave me his warehouse address as 2256 Broadway Street Beaumont TX 77701 but Google earth shows that as a residence. I wonder if he even knows his ads have been removed yet? Any of you local guys want to go chat with a scammer?
