75 comfort seats

Hey guys what should I list a pair of manual comfort seats outta my 75 for? I was thinking 250-400 for the pair and I should list them as a cores since the inserts are worn badly and thin. What say you?



Drivers side has a split in the vinyl on the top right side, other than this one area, the backs and the rest of the vinyl is good if faded.



Passenger bottom the center fabric has torn. The rest of the fabric is thin and worn.
