No Idea on the Ducktail.

Aluminum lids appear to be $3500 - $5500. asking from recent Classifieds listings - a lovely Viper Green example is up right now.

Not sure what the 'obligatory repair' is on a ducktail, as I've never seen one needing latch area repair. However, the market seems to start around $6K for the genuine article.

The poor repair will hurt the overall value, start at $5K, take $3,500.

No way at $3500. That's the price range for a steel frame '73 tail. Bill's much closer to the price at $6K. Will be a bit tough to sell from AU but be sure to list it on the Early S registry and other early 911 sites.
