997 tipt prices
I am getting ready to pull the trigger on one of the 997 tiptronic 2005-2007 model year. 40-65K miles. What are the range of prices that you guys think is fair?

They seem to be selling in the range of $27-36K. Lots are advertised for more, but they tend to sit on the market for months.
