bill of sale for safely selling a 911
I am getting ready to put my 1988 911 Carrera up for sale, starting with Pelican. Having spent some time reading Pelican posts of how to sell without issues, I have come up with the following items for a bill of sale:
1. identify the parties to the sale (names, addresses, telephones, driving license numbers) 2. identify the vehicle (make, model, VIN, color, location) 3. transaction requirements (deposit and terms of refund if no sale takes place, time period for buyer inspection, payment by wire transfer or cash, transfer of title after payment confirmed, sale is for vehicle "as is" with no warranty) Anything else I should consider? The consensus of the posts I have seen is that cash or wire transfer are the only safe ways to get paid.
