Wow, I love that car! I thought it went into a private collection, Ingram group? I wonder why they'd sell such a car?

I may be out of the loop with the Magnus popularity.
But I think someone is trying to cut their losses before it gets worse. Magnus built car won't mean shart to anyone in a couple years.
It Doesn't mean anything to me now.

Hey, I bought a Magnus Porsche 911 for $370k!!! Is he famous driver? No. Is he a celebrity? No. Is he a famous mechanic? No Is his shop known for high end builds? No. Is it an ultra rare 911? No.

At that point you will realize you just paid double for am internet made up hero. He might be the greatest guy in the world but lets be serious here I am not paying for the local forum God's mark up as it adds zero to anybody not on these forums.

It's the same with RWB builds (Rauh Welt). They still command a premium, even if the original build is nothing to write home about.

That car was overpriced when it sold at Pebble Beach and it is overpriced now. He does have very good technicians and mechanics working on his cars and where it matters he uses the best of the best parts. Go look in 911 Tech for the youtube video that just came out about the building of his 2.5L ST engine. That's $50k engine if it's a cent.

But that engine is not in this car, and like some others I think the idea of provenance on an Urban Outlaw car will drop in cache and value in the next 5-10 years. He's still building cars and some of them are selling for decent prices. But not a single car he's assembled, that I've seen, is worth more thank $250k. Well maybe the first rhd turbo carrera, but that's not a build. I'm talking about Magnus built cars.

You haven't lived until you've experienced the combination of a strong tranny with a good LSD.

Or is it the other way around. I can't think straight right now.

After just looking at all the cars on the classified I'd say all the barn finds and most all the the cars are priced twice what there worth! Let's get real people. Your ****ter is not going to sell

That has changed the last couple years since he got popular. The 67 SEMA car last year was quite nice. Like I said above, that 72 is not at all of the standard the more recent builds are following.
