Value of working CIS

I'm considering the Rasant fuel injection system on my 1982 SC. The current CIS system works exceptionally well (as designed), with injectors that have less than 10,000 miles on them. Thoughts on the value of such a system? I'd hate to cut up a decent CIS system if it had some value, as I could easily sell and replace with just an airbag and six runners.

the earlier versions 78-79 have more value due to the larger intake runners & no need for the 02 sensor. I got $600 for a working 79 system a couple months ago where as the later systems are a dime a dozen IME, but look in the classifieds for a value basis. I found the asking price for my early unit that way and in doing so found the info on the later year models being readily available for significantly less $$. good luck
