Echoing sentiments...That widebody is the one to build, and the '75 is worth a real premium in the Giant Market of California. If my situation were a bit different (in the middle of a move to LA), I would be very interested in it for smog reasons. The dream is to find a relatively complete one with bad paint, no motor, and stupid bodywork for $10k that I can build into my vision with no purism, resale, or smog notions getting in the way.
...I just don't know what my living/garage situation will be yet, so I'm not on the phone with you. ;) |
PM and email reply's sent.
Are the pictures showing? They are on what I think is a shared google pics album. Please let me know if you can not see them. Thanks! Also, I can send the direct link to those who are interested. Damon |
What's up with that E30 with the hole in the hood??
|
It is my race car that has gone through a bit of an evolution over the years....started life as an e30 M3 street car.
Now running a 1.8ltr turbo mounted about 12" back in the car, chassis has been modified to lift the suspension into the car and retain correct geometry, CF roof, FG doors, hood, and trunk, weighs about 2,000 lbs, radiators are in the rear, intercooler discharges through the low pressure area in the hood..... e30 M342t Evolution I use to be heavily involved with NASA, BMW CCA, PCA, SCCA, etc..... |

Are you selling the seats separately? If so how much? FYI these are not correct for either car (80-84 style) but assuming you already know that.
