i will be in the mountains & coast 20 miles or so north of santa cruz wed on my bike if it's up that way. will be bouncing back & forth off skyline blvd and would not mind taking a new road to check out a car.

when i say "bike" it's motorized so some ground can potentially be covered. no interest in heading into SC proper or south of town this trip. my knowledge base is more impact bumper cars and older if that's any consideration.

PM if you'd like.

On the topic of Santa Cruz cars. There is this on eBay:

1979 Porsche 911 Black / Black Coupe | eBay

Search the VIN and find this:

1979 Porsche 911 SC for sale in Seattle, WA | Stock #: 0005

Talked to Micah in Seattle and he said he has a deposit on the car and won't know if the sale is complete until tommorow. I explained the car is posted in SC on eBay and has CA dealer plates. I asked if the car he has online is in Seattle or CA and he himmed, hawed, and the line went dead.

Seems pretty, kinda weird somewhere along the line. Just saying...

Also, to add to my previous post, same Santa Cruz eBay seller:

1977 Porsche 911 Targa | eBay

Same Seattle dealer as previous post has this car still listed, though I didn't ask about this one:

1977 Porsche 911 Targa SC for sale in Seattle, WA | Stock #: 0004

Again, I'm not saying anything is wrong here, other than the mismatched fenders on the 77, but it's "interesting."
