What is this 911 3.2 worth?

Hello - I'm a new member and need the communities advice on the market value for an '84 911, 3.2 with ~40K miles, black/black color combo and a whale tail spoiler. It's being sold by a reputable/trusted dealer and is extremely well maintained and documented. The hood has been resprayed, but according to the dealer, no body damage is visible. The car was fitted with dual exhaust by previous owner, the dealer has reinstalled the original exhaust along with a newly painted skirt. The AC as been updated with R134 and the car comes with no major options. The Fuchs wheels are spotless and original paint, and comes with newly installed tires. The car was meticulously maintained and comes with all original window sticker, books, keys and warranty papers.

I have not seen the car in person but from the description it's a cherry car, with an asking price in high $50K range.

I have not conduced a PPI yet, prior to doing so wanted to get a feel for it's market value.
