New t-shirt design: Fuchs +AVON

Hey all, I'm going to be putting an order together shortly for these, these will be screen printed on Aperican Apparel 50/50 t-shirts, very nice quality and comfy. Standard style T-shirt with a crew neck. V-neck on request.

Fabric will be heather black, ink will be white or a very light grey. Design is done in halftones so the ink color isn't overpowering and stark.

To make it worthwhile I have to charge $25/ea, which includes shipping within the United States.

You don't need to pre-order if you don't want to, I'll be ordering several in all sizes, but if you do pre-order and pre-pay it will guarantee one for you in that size. As before this is a pretty limited run, once they're gone they're gone. Payments via PayPal (not friends and family, so you're protected)

I know it's short notice, so many probably wont even see this in time. I'd like to submit the job this week or next.

Here's the design.

and a close-up showing the halftones.

About me: As a hobby I do a lot of Porsche-centric graphic art, usually vector illustrations or 3D model and render work. You may have seen some IROC posters I had up here and other places, detailing all of the IROC 911's. I own a '71 914-4 that I'm currently rebuilding a 911T 2.2 6-cyl for. All proceeds are going towards helping to fund the engine rebuild :P

I updated the first post with a size chart. Will one of those work for your kids?

Send me a PM with your requested sizes and we can get it all set up. Thank you!

Cool design!
Constructive criticism here.
I hate black t-shirts. I feel like I should be wearing black eyeliner and Dock Martin boots with them. Plus they are too hot. Its 100* - 109* here all week, no way I putting on a black shirt until Fall.
Add the tire in black and make it a white, red, orange or blue shirt and I'm in for one.

My preference would be a lighter color as well for the same reason pointed out by Derrick... it's freaking hot in our area. With that said, I'll take a medium if no other colors will be available.

I definitely understand your concerns because I hate being too hot. These shirts aren't deep black, they're Heather black so it's broken up a bit specifically for this purpose. The material is light but not thin. I don't think these shirts would cause an abnormal increase of sweating especially in 100-109 degree temps.

I made the decision for a black shirt with only the wheel and text for artistic reasons. For now I will be leaving the design alone, if I ever do another run with the tire included I can let you know if you'd like.

I agree. Aesthetically a Black Tee is the way to go with that graphic.

Thank you! I will be sending in the screen printing order early next week.

There's still time if anyone else wants one.

Runs and drives? Wish I could say the same. My next Porsche will likely be that flat 6 model engine. Looks to be fun and perhaps may instill patience.

Ok, I will be submitting the screenprint order today. Again, I'll order a few extra but not many. Judging by the interest so far if you really want one it's best to speak up now. Thanks again everyone!

The screen printer I use has excellent turnaround, so these should be shipped out next week this time.

Great news! Shirts came in, I'll be packaging them up and shipping them out in the coming days.

The printing turned out excellent. I had to change screen printers after trying repeatedly to get these done at the outfit that previously printed my shirts. Glad I did though, the detail is great and since the new joint is local I was able to be there for a press check before they ran the entire set. Detail is far better than my previous shirts so I think I found a new printer for future orders.

I did have to change shirt brand from American Apparel to Next Level as part of the switch. The shirt fabric and fit are similar enough that it shouldn't be an issue, instead of a 50/50 it's a 60/40. Added bonus that all sizes and styles (vee and crew, XS youth through 3XL) are all the same material and color.

Sneak peak here, I'll upload a full photo as soon as I can find someone to model it.

Techweenie just claimed the last XL. So those are gone unless one of a couple people back out or don't pay.

I still have a few other sizes:
1-Medium
1-Large
1-Large v-neck
1-2XL
