Turbo Twist Wheels
Front 7.5J x 17H2, rear 9J x 17H2, they are in great shape, made in Italy, tires on them. Was wondering if they will fit an 87 Turbo or what they are worth. Thanks.

You will need to provide the Offset, or "ET" measurement. IIRC, 17" "turbo twists" would not be an OEM wheel. They are a replica wheel. Which means they could be "early" or "late" offset. Some pics would help.
An '87 turbo runs offsets in the 10-23 mm range (early) while a late offset is in the 40-60 mm range. |
Made in Italy
These wheels came off of a 1975 911 wide body. They are original. On the inside they have Made In Italy, the size of the wheel and a lot of other numbers and letters. The car was bought in Germany and is here in the states in storage. The owner is overseas and left the wheels to his brother to sell. From what others have told me the copies do not have the Made In Italy on them. I may go back over there tomorrow and take some pictures.

the offset # shown should be preceded by a E-xx on the inside of the wheel
with the xx being numbers |

17 inch twist wheels from a Boxster perhaps? A few photos will help greatly. Porsche didn't have a twist wheel in 1975. Twenty some years later, yes. |
