Any body know a David Henry in Arizona?

Ok. Here is the reason why I was inquiring...the other shoe dropped today. WARNING: Do not buy from this d _ _ _ _ _ bag! Through ebay, the "bag" and I negotiated a Buy it Now price (last week). I paid up and over what I was expecting to and he was happy to accept. He then came back to me and asked that I insure the shipment - I complied and sent a second payment to cover the insurance. I have been waiting for the relay board and assorted items in the listing. LINK

On Monday (5th), I receive an email from the "bag"...operate with this ******* at your own risk!

I was "giving him a chance to do the right thing...he refunded my payments this afternoon. I am therefore "outing" him due to unacceptable behavior!!!

"Hi Tony, I've decided the buy-it-now purchase of the relay board does not work for me.

I have two option to offer you:

The first is to both agree to cancel the order and I will relist the board as an auction at $585. It will be open to everyone and see what it is actually worth.

The second is for me to just cancel the order which I can do. I've had the board for a number of years and I will set it aside for a coupe more years and then relist it again.

Either way I will refund all the monies I have received from you.

Think about it a let me know which way I should go.

I have no idea who he is and I have never done business with him, but my thought process was to come out and be direct to you as to what you are asking for...that's all

What I haven't shared with everyone here but David knows is, I passed on a $385 board to purchase his because of the added components. ******* screwed me in more ways than one with this move! To say I am a little agitated is an understatement...

ive ruffled plenty of feathers here over the years typing stupid shat w/o the proper use of emojis to provide the tone of my post and stuff was taken the wrong way. mix in a rolled eye or slamming a beer character to really let us know how you feel.

He is a scam artist because he realized he under valued something? Yes, that sucks and I would be mad as well- I would list him as a bad seller. Not a scam artist.

KC: First, he didn't undervalue anything...it appears he "thinks" he did. I passed on a similar item for $200 less (thus my point)...he wasted my time, misled me to his intentions, has no apparent morals and did this to a member of the Porsche community. He is a scammer...sorry.

BTW: He doesn't qualify as a bad seller...he didn't end up selling!
