A mechanic knows how to test the brakes on the car. That's his job.

As someone else mentioned, if the shop sees a safety issue, they kill the PPI right then and there. This PPI has enough detail that I'm going to trust that they are proficient at their job.

It's not listed for sale, yet. There's a WTT listing but it is sparse. The car is $40k. There's a thread here on the first page discussing the car.

This car is at least a few thousand from being that, mainly the brakes, suspension need work and engine a "tune up".
