Need help!! 1975 911. Whats it worth? I do even bother?

Hello PP.

My father who was an avid Porsche collector and builder passed away several years ago (always my go to) I can't ask him so I am gonna bug you guys:) Long story short I got privy to a 1975 that owner is wanting to sell giving me first dibs to buy ( I would try and flip). The car has been cut up as you will see (also cut all the original wiring). He has no idea if the motor is seized. I broke my foot earlier that day so I was hobbling around and didn't get great pics. Car is a desert car no rust, missing a lot of the original body work and interior bits. He has some new parts in the box and a set of old BBS wheels for the flares.

What do you all think its worth? Any info will greatly help me.... Thanks guys

I like it. I'm well biased though.

Plus Items:

Black!
No sunroof!
75 is great for hot rod (and flared so already headed that way) as emmissions exempt in California and many other states
Comes from a dry state, low rust perhaps.
Has some sort of oil lines and front cooler...

Negatives:
It's a project
rust? Pre galvanized cars..but looks pretty dry, needs closer inspection in frunk, windshield bases, footwells etc.
Motor likely needs a lot of help. Since it's a hotrod I would sell motor as a core. I think this might have been an original california car (like mine) based on the engine digits. This means it was a thermal reactor car..could mean motor has had work in the past or is leaky as all get out. Ask me how I know...
The front flares need to be redone imho. the back...need a closer look.

Fwd date flag mirrors. Needs a delete on the pas side and a 75 mirror on the right. Just my opinion of course.

I see a lot of potential here. I would give 10k for this car personally. Maybe 15k.

A good solid chassis is a plus, and 1975 is old enough to not be subject to emission inspections in California (I think), so it could be a nice basis for a hot rod build. Porsche started doing a bit of galvanizing in 1975, but that would be the first thing to check. If it’s the original engine, it would be a 2.7 and probably need a complete overhaul at this point. Are the flares metal or fiberglass?
